Practice Information
All Practices are held at Curtis Park
Morning Practice (MONDAY-FRIDAY) schedule begins June 21!
9:00-9:45 AM - Ages 9-12
9:45-10:45 -Ages 13+
10:45-11:30 - Ages 8 and Under
Evening Practices (Tuesday and Thursday Evenings)
6:00-6:30 - 8 & under Stroke Clinic
6:30-7:00 - 9-12 year old Stroke Clinic
7:00-7:30 - 13 & older Stroke Clinic
6:00 - 7:00 - Make-up Practice (all ages)
RSL requests we remind our parents -
- No smoking is permitted on the pool deck and
- Alcholic beverages are prohibited during RSL swim meets.
- No Weapons are permitted on the pool deck.
